Never seen that before, I use SU on several different computers ... and I'm pretty sure I've changed the password at least once.
If you can't get it up over SU, consider Google Reader and its Shared Items?
BTW StumbleUpon doesn't REQUIRE plugins per se, a lot of sites offer a popup for it, but I find the toolbar pretty handy myself.
nm I'm an idiot, original post was about Google Reader. I've read too many blogs today, and edited my own. Call me confuzzled
I think without the toolbar it is pointless. Of course that is moot, since it is apparently incompatible with Firefox 2.0.0.13.
A search on Google for others sharing my experience is quite telling.
Well I got it to work finally. I had to flush ALL my cookies and passwords (what a hassle that's going to be) not just the stumbleupon.com artifacts.
Which means it is adding crap by some other un-obvious domain - which is deceptive.
I'll try it out for a little, but so far is sucks.
I'll keep my mind open that it's awesome, but only a little.
