This is so perfect. So many of these concepts can be applied to a multitude of different areas of life, not just technical forums. But, of course, they work there too.

I especially like the part addressing SMS speak. Taking ridiculous shortcuts in writing is intolerable to any person who is willing to give any meaningful help.
